Coupons & Promotional Codes
To use a coupon or promotional codes, click “View Cart” after adding items to your cart. Then, enter your coupon code into the box located at the bottom of your shopping cart. If the coupon code is not active or is invalid, it will not be deducted from your order. If you feel that the coupon you have should be working, but it does not, please contact our customer service at info@sisuguard.eu for a confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Free EU* shipping on all orders over 35€.
Return Policy
You may return or exchange your purchase, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. Once the package is opened it cannot be returned.
We replace defective mouth guards at no charge provided you report the problem within 30 days of receiving the order.
